This poor information architecture and unpredictable navigation create a frustrating user experience, making it difficult for researchers and medical professionals to efficiently locate and trust the department's vital information.
Solution
Redesign the EPCRI section with a clean, modern visual hierarchy that uses generous white space, consistent typography, and high-quality imagery to present information in scannable, digestible modules. This new architecture will prioritize intuitive navigation with clearly labeled categories and prominent access points to current research, ensuring visitors can instantly locate key studies, publications, and department innovations without wading through clutter.
